1. Acceptance

By using thejackeddev.com (the "Site"), operated by Perpetual Motion LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

The Site is a personal-brand hub. It showcases and links out to free Claude skills, iOS apps, open-source repositories, and design resources. Much of what it points to lives on third-party platforms (GitHub, the App Store, and others).

3. Free Tools & Third-Party Content

• Our open-source projects and Claude skills are provided under their own licenses (e.g. MIT) in their respective repositories. Those licenses govern your use of that code.
• Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms.
• We link to external sites we don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

4. Email List

If you sign up for release emails, that's covered by our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's branding, copy, and design are owned by Perpetual Motion LLC. Open-source code is licensed separately as noted above. Please don't reproduce the branding to imply endorsement or affiliation.

6. No Warranty

The Site and everything it offers are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site or the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perpetual Motion LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the tools it links to.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
